Mulch, Bark, Gravel & Soil Installation – Done Right

Professional material installation for residential and commercial landscapes across Greater Seattle

🧱 What We Install

Mulch & Bark

We install high-quality bark and mulch for weed suppression, moisture retention, and a polished look. Choose from dark mulch, fine or medium bark — each installed at proper depth and tailored to your beds

Gravel

We install compacted gravel for pathways, utility areas, borders, and patios. Choose from:
• 5/8” Minus (for base prep and structural support)
• 5/8” Clean (for clean, drainable finishes)
• River Rock (for dry creek beds and soft features)
• Decorative Gravel (for aesthetic impact in modern or natural designs)

Soil Installation

Soil is installed to meet your project’s needs, whether it’s:

  • Topsoil installation for new sod, seeding, or overseeding after aeration/dethatching

  • 50/50 or 60/40 soil blends for vegetable gardens, planting beds, or around new plants

  • Soil amendment for improving poor or compacted soils — especially in new construction
We’ll recommend the right soil type and install it with proper depth, grading, and cleanup.

🪵 Mulch vs. Bark What’s Right for You?

Both mulch and bark suppress weeds and retain moisture, but each has its strengths:

Mulch

  • Darker, richer appearance

  • Breaks down to enrich soil

  • Ideal for new plants and beds

  • Our top choice for aesthetic and plant health

Bark

  • Longer-lasting, chunkier texture

  • Slightly acidic – perfect for established shrubs and trees

  • Great for low-maintenance, natural beds

Not sure which one is right for your yard? During your estimate, we’ll assess your soil, plants, and layout to recommend the best option for long-term results and appearance.
